The term ‘Party’, ‘Parties’, ‘Parties’ or ‘We’ is used to refer to both the Client, ourselves and the Service Providers.
All terms relate to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of fulfilling the Client’s needs in relation to the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the law prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.For cancellations or refunds >
Prepaid services can be cancelled or modified, but a cancellation fee is charged in accordance with the service provider’s refund policy. It is possible that the hotel may charge the user according to its cancellation policy if the user fails to cancel according to its policies.
When the user does not wish to check-in on the first day of the reservation and wishes to check-in for the remaining nights, they must confirm the changes on the first day of the reservation or it depends on the hotel’s policy. So that their reservation is not cancelled.
Some services are non-refundable or non-changeable. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user will be subject to the stated cancellation and amendment fees.
In case a pre-booking cannot be confirmed for any of our services, it is our responsibility to provide a full refund or offer the same service with another provider at a similar price, quality and category.
Any cancellation caused by a user for any reason whatsoever will not be covered by Consul.
Consul provides booking services or authorises the purchase of tickets by purchasing a subscription package (points) to be used and all points are for one booking only.
The validity of the package is within one full year from the date of purchase, if the points are not used during the year and the balance is not cleared, the user has the right to claim them.
Consul reserves the right to change the applicable fees or charges and impose new fees and charges at the end of the initial service term or the current renewal term, upon prior notice to the Customer (which may be sent via email).
If the Customer believes that the Company has incorrectly billed the Customer, the Customer must contact the Company no later than 15 days after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or issue appeared, in order to obtain an adjustment or credit. Enquiries should be directed to the Company’s customer support department.
Where the User wishes to redeem the package for cash, the value of the points, including the discount will be utilised depending on the cost of the nearest remaining package for the User’s account. No one, except the User, has the right to request or redeem points or cash.
The User is not entitled to claim additional or substitute points if the bookings are not paid to the carrier/airline, Consul’s financial liability towards the User will be cancelled.
Consul will not be responsible and liable in case the user provides incorrect, forged or stolen financial information, we will use all legal means and make sure that the user’s account is closed and the user will be permanently banned from the website.Restrictions on use
Obligations and Prohibited Activities
As a user of Consul, you acknowledge that you are bound by the following:
The User shall provide Consul with any information and/or documents upon request.

Compensation
It is the User’s responsibility to protect and defend Consul, its employees and service providers from any damage or financial trouble, including but not limited to expenses, disputes, penalties or any other costs, including legal costs, arising from the following:

Consul is not responsible for the eventual non-completion of the booking process, as the contract of sale of any ticket is bilateral between the user and the carrier/airlines.
The company has no association whatsoever with any of the transport or hotel providers. This means that we cannot be held liable for any issues caused by/in any means of transport, including but not limited to refunds, cancellations or compensation. In addition, the company will not be responsible for any financial issue (cancellation, compensation or expenses) or other issues such as delays or changes in flight schedules.

Before making a booking, the user must check the minimum length of stay outside the Kingdom as some countries require at least 6 months.
Make sure you have all your documents ready in case you need a visa as a transit or travel destination. If you don’t have all your documents, your trip abroad may be delayed or even lead to detention. In such cases, the user is fully responsible for all damages, costs and expenses.
When travelling via Consul and its service providers, it is not guaranteed that the journey will be risk-free or trouble-free. Thus, we are not liable for any risks or damages incurred through our travel services. Thus, we encourage our users to read more about our travel policies before travelling.
If any liability is established on the Consul or any of the service providers it works with, it will result in a refund of the service fee paid by the client to the Consul Company for this operation only, and the Company is not obligated to any other compensation. The limitation of liability as a system governing the relationship between Consul and its clients reflects the limitation of risk between the parties, and therefore the terms mentioned in this file will be valid even if the faults are handled in a proper manner.
The user acknowledges and agrees to release Consul and/or any of its officers and representatives, from any claim, dispute, costs, damages or liability, and any direct and/or indirect loss not attributable to Consul itself.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question as to their existence, validity or termination, or arising out of or relating to the use of our website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
General provisions
Requests or claims relating to our services must be submitted within 60 days. If it is not submitted within the said period, it will be considered as a waiver of the claim.
If any of the provisions of this agreement are no longer in force, the rest of the terms and conditions will remain in force. If the Consul decides not to enforce any of its terms and conditions, this does not constitute a waiver and will never prevent the Consul from enforcing such terms in the future.
In the event of a jurisdictional dispute, the printed version of these terms and conditions shall be the original valid version.
The Consul’s agreement is entirely moulded by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it supersedes any other oral or written agreement.
